Beginning in middle school, Everstead students connect academic learning with real-world interests through a multi-year career pathway. Students remain in their selected pathway so they can build knowledge, practical skills, and confidence over time.

Healthcare
Students explore healthcare careers, medical terminology, wellness, patient care concepts, ethics, and the academic foundations needed for future healthcare education.
Entrepreneurship
Students develop foundational knowledge in business, leadership, financial literacy, marketing, problem-solving, and the process of turning an idea into a viable venture.
STEM
Students strengthen their skills in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, design thinking, experimentation, and collaborative problem-solving.
Each pathway is designed to build toward an age-appropriate certification, credential, or portfolio-based capstone during eighth grade. Final offerings will depend on student eligibility and issuing-organization requirements.
